The adjustable handle and swivelling base make it easier to reach under furniture and clean walls or ceilings. The dry pad collects dust, hair and loose debris, while the wet pad cleans hard flooring using water.

The washable pads also eliminate the need to keep buying disposable replacements. That is where the price can begin to make sense over several years—provided you actually use the system regularly.

Who it’s best for: Larger homes, families with children, pet owners and anyone regularly cleaning hard-surface flooring.

Norwex laundry detergent is concentrated, so comparing only the package price can be misleading. The more useful comparison is cost per load based on the recommended amount.

It is especially appealing to households wanting a lower-fragrance laundry routine or a detergent designed to work with Norwex microfiber. However, it isn’t a miracle solution, and results can vary depending on water hardness, machine type, load size and stains.

Follow the package directions instead of adding extra detergent. Using too much can waste money and leave unwanted residue.

Who it’s best for: Regular Norwex microfiber users, fragrance-conscious households and people willing to measure detergent properly.

My verdict: Worth considering, particularly if you own several Norwex cloths, but it isn’t essential for every new customer.
